Karen S. Ferraro, 47, of Mahood Road died Friday at her home.

Born Dec. 10, 1958, in LaJolle, Calif., she was the daughter of Harry C. Doty and Betty S. Doty.

Mrs. Ferraro was a doctor of chiropractic medicine and also worked at Moses Jewelry.

She was a member of the Associated Artist of Butler County and the Butler County Symphony Association.

Surviving are her husband, Frank P. Ferraro, whom she married Dec. 9, 1990; her mother of Houston, Texas; her father of Big Springs, Texas, and a stepdaughter, Ligea Ruff of Boulder, Colo.,

She was preceded in death by a brother and a stepson.
