Ruth E. Kemmler Schnebel, 94, of Evergreen Nursing Center, Harmony, died Sunday morning at UPMC Passavant Cranberry.

Born May 20, 1912, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Arnold and Louise Brittner Kemmler.

Mrs. Schnebel was a homemaker.

She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Louann Schnebel, of Renfrew, with whom she had lived, and two grandchildren, E.J. and Phillip Schnebel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, E.E. Schnebel Sr., on June 24, 1985, and a son.
