Dorothy Joann “Dot” Rowe, 86, of Saxonburg, passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026.

Dot was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. After raising her four boys, she went back to school to fulfill her dream of becoming a nurse, dedicating her career to caring for the elderly and disabled with compassion and patience.

In her quiet time, she loved nothing more than tuning in to the radio and listening to her beloved Pirates.

She is survived by her four sons, Mark, Tom, Alan and Randy; and her five grandchildren, Mark Jr., Dakota, Hannah, Brock and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husband, Tom Rowe, on Jan. 14, 2006.

ROWE — Friends of Dorothy Joann “Dot” Rowe, who died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
