To help individuals and families navigate the holiday season, Lutheran SeniorLife’s Visiting Nurses Association of Western Pennsylvania Hospice will host a holiday grief group at 6 p.m. on Nov. 3, at the VNA Hospice office, 154 Hindman Road in Butler.

The group offers a supportive environment where people can talk about their experiences and connect with others.

The one-hour session includes an educational discussion about grief, opportunities to share experiences and practical coping strategies for managing emotional challenges in the season. Participation in group discussions is encouraged but not required. Listeners are welcome, according to VNA Hospice.
