While the student capacity rates at Summit and Clearfield elementary schools are about 55 percent, the capacity rate average for all 11 elementary schools in the Butler School District was 66.9 percent for the 2013-14 school year. The original elementary school capacity average that has been reported in district consolidation stories beginning Oct. 16 was incorrect.
