CENTER TWP — Two new stores will open this fall in the Clearview Mall.

Dunham’s Sports is moving from its location at 602 Moraine Pointe Plaza in Butler Township to the former location of Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Also, a Dollar Tree will take the place of the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant at the mall.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dunham’s and Dollar Tree to Clearview Mall,” said Mara Mrvos, executive director of corporate affairs at J.J. Gumberg, which owns the mall. “We think they will nicely complement our current tenant mix and provide an array of shopping choices to the greater Butler community.”

Dunham’s will open by the end of September. That 49,133 square-foot location is much larger than its Moraine Pointe store.

Dollar Tree is expected to be open by the third quarter of this year. The store will sell general merchandise at $1 price points. Its space is 9,900 square feet.

Neither Dunham’s nor Dollar Tree officials could be reached for comment.

As announced earlier, the Sears store at the mall will be closing, though there as yet is no official closing date. The store’s auto center will close along with the rest of its departments.
