WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-3rd, of Butler will host a toll-free telephone meeting from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to help constituents learn the basics of filing tax returns.

Kelly will speak along with Regis P. Bodnar, senior stakeholder relationship tax consultant with the IRS, and Frank Quinn, IRS governmental liaison for Pennsylvania.
