Fun Fore All looks to expand

Hearing held on application

CRANBERRY TWP — Fun Fore All is expanding, according to Chris Camp, owner and president.

A public hearing was held Thursday night on an application to construct the 20,249-square-foot addition to the business.

The expansion will happen in two phases, Camp said.

The first phase will start after Labor Day. This will create more seating, more space for the party area, more video games and new indoor attractions.

Camp said he is still not sure what the new indoor attractions will be.

The second phase will occur in three to five years, Camp said. This will add laser tag, bowling and an indoor rope course.

The first phase of the expansion will be 4,081 square feet and the second expansion will be 16,168 square feet, said Ron Henshaw, township director of community development.

“The applicant will be doing the streetscape enhancements along Route 19,” Henshaw said. “This will occur with phase two because of the proximity to the building and the grading that will occur.”

With phase one, the streetscape work all occur on Progress Avenue, with sidewalks, lights and street trees, Henshaw said.

Henshaw said there is a pond for stormwater and underground tanks will be installed to supplement the stormwater system.

Fun Fore All is not expanding its parking, Henshaw said.

The supervisors granted the final land development and conditional use approval for the two phase project.
