District Judge Wayne SeibelEVANS CITY — The following cases were heard recently by District Judge Wayne Seibel:John Ferguson Haney, 26, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of four counts of intentional possession of controlled substance by person not registered, three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, filed Oct. 31 by Jackson Township police.Evan Christopher Urso, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, DUI controlled substance-combination alcohol/drugs, turning movements and required signals and purchasing of alcoholic beverage by a minor, filed Nov. 9 by Adams Township police.

All of the cases were filed by the Cranberry Township police, unless otherwise noted:Patricia Ann Eaton, 38, of Aliquippa was held for court on charges of retail theft and defiant trespass, filed Dec. 14.Joann Knauff, 45, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of theft from a motor vehicle, filed Sept. 8.Evan D. Hanus, 21, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC (between 0.10 and 0.16), DUI minor and purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, filed July 13.Caitlin Lawry Morgan, 28, of Harmony held for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16) and disregard of a traffic lane, filed Aug. 27.
