Norman Burgess
Norman G. Burgess, 90, of Zelienople died Jan. 8.
Born in Mt. Washington to Worth W. and Betty Burgess, he later lived in Brookline, Bridgeville and Englewood, Fla.
A World War II veteran, Mr. Burgess was employed for 37 years at J&L Steel, working as the manager of personnel relations.
After retiring, he became proficient at oil painting.
He was the husband of Lila; the father of David Burgess, Mark Burgess and Donna Scheletsky; and the grandfather of Christopher, Lane and Kent Burgess, and Adam Scheletsky.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Woodrow W. Burgess.
