Some details in a story Tuesday about Seneca Valley School District’s planned NexTier Stadium turf replacement project were incorrect. The turf replacement will be paid for primarily by the district’s stadium fund, which gets money from ticket sales, a naming rights agreement and turf rental fees from outside groups. The turf is 11 years old and the track surface is 20 years old.
