EAST BRADY, Clarion County — Nobody was injured when a tractor-trailer went into a yard Wednesday night in the borough.

The crash happened at 6:40 p.m. at 608 Kellys Way. The call came into the Clarion County 911 center as a tractor-trailer into a house, but it turned out to only be in the yard.

The tractor-trailer was partially on the road, causing traffic issues in the borough, said Vern Smith, county 911 coordinator.

The cause of the crash was not disclosed, but there is a tight turn on the road at that location. What the truck was carrying was not available, but Smith said it was not hazardous material.

Emergency crews cleared the scene about 10:40 p.m.

New Bethlehem Police, which covers the borough, did not return a call for comment.

In addition to police, the East Brady Volunteer Fire Department, the Clarion Fire and Hose Company and East Brady EMS also responded to the crash.
