Garage goes up
Workers guide steel girders into place for the 230-space parking garage being built downtown as part of the Centre City project. Grove City-based Thomas Construction is building the $3.9 million garage, which will be adjacent to a 76-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel. The project is being built by the city of Butler and J.S. Capitol. Both the garage and hotel are expected to be open by the end of the year.
