Carole Johns, 53, of Baden died Saturday the at Sewickley Valley Hospital.

Born May 1, 1953, in Oklahoma City, Okla., she was the daughter of Wanda Fraher Laseman and the late Ray Fraher.

She was an active member of the St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church in Cranberry Township, where she loved to arrange flowers for special events.

Mrs. Johns was a proud Native American member of the Osage Cherokee.

She was a loving wife, devoted mother and best friend who will be missed by many.

Surviving are her husband, Jeffery Johns of Baden; her mother and stepfather, Wanda and Paul Laseman of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Jessica Johns of Charlotte, N.C., Erin Johns of Baden and Lindsay Johns at Clarion University; two sisters, Mary Catherine Stack and her husband, Stan, of Oklahoma City and Diane Fraher Thornton and her husband, Steve, of New York, N.Y.

<B>JOHNS</B> — Friends of Carole Johns, who died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services</B>, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.Burial will be at the Pinewood Memorial Gardens, Cranberry Township.Memorial donations may be made to the St. Ferdinand Roman Catholic Church Blessing Fund, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066; or to Susan G.
