A story in Sunday’s edition about the South Butler School District’s teacher contract negotiations included inaccurate information about the school board’s most recent contract proposal. The health care plan would have cost up to the maximum out-of-pocket split 50-50 between the district and employee, according to district lawyer Tom Breth. The board also offered a $500 contribution for employees into a flexible spending account for each of the two years worked under the expired contact. Employees could roll over $500 each year.
