James English salutes during the playing of Taps during the Veterans Day Celebration at Evans City Middle School Thursday. The school invited residents who have served, or are currently serving in any branch of the military, to the school for the festivities. Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Girl Scouts wore their uniforms to school and students participated in the posting of the colors and Taps. Mark Korcinsky, Seneca Valley Senior High School principal and veteran, was the keynote speaker.
