message-Plus!! A 180 day work year. A week off at Christmas, Spring break, all holidays off, if the roads are bad, go back to bed, and come in a couple of hours later - oh, and no pay reductions because of that. Give me a break. They should get an hourly pay for the hours that they actually work and that's it! Getting paid for 3 months every year for not showing up at work is ridiculous... We are the only country in the world that does that. How many hours per year do they actually work? I'd like to know their actual hourly pay.
