Dec. 15 — A 14-year-old student was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he was involved in a fight where he hit another student outside of Butler Intermediate High School.
3 p.m. Dec. 18 — A 17-year-old boy was charged with retail theft after an incident at Walmart, 400 Butler Commons. Police said loss prevention personnel reported an ongoing employee theft investigation, which determined the boy had committed retail theft on eight separate occasions, stealing $322.10 in merchandise.
9:13 p.m. Dec. 5 — Conner J. Gray, 22, of Butler was charged with DUI highest rate, DUI, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic following a crash on McCalmont Road.
5 p.m. Saturday — William Fuller, 52, and Darla Greathouse, 49, both of Centerville, were charged with retail theft after an incident at Walmart, 400 Butler Commons. Police said the two stole merchandise valued at $39.73.
9:10 a.m. Friday — Sara Minda, 28, of Butler was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after a traffic stop on West Penn Street. Police said the vehicle was stopped after receiving a welfare check call, and drug paraphernalia was allegedly found inside, belonging to Minda.
9:59 a.m. Friday — A 14-year-old boy was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at 551 Fairground Hill Road. Police said the boy pulled a 12-year-old girl to the ground by her hair and then kicked her multiple times. The girl was uninjured, police said.

7 p.m. Nov. 19 — A man reported damage to the passenger side door of his vehicle upon leaving RRR Roadhouse parking lot in Clarion, where it had been parked.
3 a.m. Saturday — Jacob S. Powell, 20, of Clarion was charged after police say he threatened a 27-year-old woman on Saturday and allegedly pointed a BB gun at her at 108 Fraternity Drive, Clarion Township.
5 p.m. Dec. 5 — Amanda N. Colwell, 24, of Knox, was charged during an investigation of a two-vehicle crash she was involved in on Route 208, Salem Township, when officers noticed she appeared impaired. Police said Colwell was driving a vehicle for Training Toward Self Reliance, for whom she is employed, and had a client of the program in the vehicle at the time of the crash. She will face unspecified charges in the incident, police reports said.
Dec. 12-20 — Police are investigating the vandalism of a hunting shed at 1280 Bus Mong Road, Knox, between Dec. 13 and 20. Anyone with information can call the Clarion State Police at 814-226-1710.
11:58 a.m. Dec. 22 — A child was possibly injured in a crash on Colerain Street at Bald Eagle Street in Sligo. Police said a 2003 Dodge Dakota, driven by Joseph S. Iwanczuk, 36, of Corsica, failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Kelsi J. Gagliano, 25, of Rimersburg. A passenger in Gagliano’s vehicle, a 5-year-old boy, was taken to Clarion Hospital by Sligo EMS for treatment of possible injuries. Another young child was not injured. Sligo Volunteer Fire Department also assisted on the scene. Iwanczuk was cited with summary stop and yield signs.
[naviga:h3]State Police, Kittanning[/naviga:h3]
1 p.m. Sunday — Kieran W. Ellison, 22, of Cadogan, is suspected of unauthorized use of a vehicle after an incident on West Scenic Drive, Kittaning. Troopers request that motorists be on the lookout for a blue 2004 Hyundai Sonata GLS/LX with a Pennsylvania registration of JYS-6205, suspected to be in the Lower Burrell area or headed toward Binghamton, N.Y.
5:31 p.m. Friday — Steven D. Boarts, 41, of Ford City, was charged with harassment after an incident at 1313 Garrets Run Road, Kittaning Township. Police said Boarts started an argument with a 42-year-old Ford City woman while under the influence of alcohol, before hitting the woman.
12:49 a.m. Saturday — DUI charges are pending against an unidentified 21-year-old man, of Kittaning, after an incident in the 800 block of Butler Road, East Franklin Township, Armstrong County. Police said the vehicle was pulled over for a traffic violation and the driver was suspected to be under the influence of alcohol.
6:02 p.m. Friday — Ernest Rosenberger, 35, of Ford City, was charged with drug-related counts after an incident at the Armstrong County Jail, 171 Stayley Court Road, Kittaning. Police said Rosenberger was alledgedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana while being booked into the facility.
6:43 p.m. Saturday — DUI charges are pending against an unidentified 49-year-old man, of Pittsburgh, after a traffic stop on Route 28 north. Buffalo Township police said the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested.
7:45 a.m. Saturday — Charges are pending against Jacquelyn A. Landa, 29, no address reported, after an incident on Route 28 just south of Route 422, North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. Police said an off-duty trooper stopped to check on a possible disabled vehicle in the median and found that the vehicle had gone off the road due to a domestic incident between the driver, Brittany N. Seib, 24, no address reported, and passenger, Landa. Police said Landa allegedly hit Seib and she lost control of the vehicle.
12:39 p.m. Saturday — Police are investigating a suspected overdose incident at 419 Bunker Hill Road, North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County. According to a police report, troopers were called to the home for an unwanted man passed out on the homeowner’s couch. Police said the man, John R. Kunkle III, 38, was found to be overdosing on Suboxone and was transported by EMS for treatment. While on the scene, troopers seized and destroyed more than 100 used and loaded needles.

Sunday — Elizabeth Gregory, 31, of Slippery Rock was charged with retail theft on Sunday after she allegedly removed items from Pine Grove Square shopping center.
