My son just started college this year. He had all AP classes and was an excellent student in Butler. He was accepted in THE most prestigious college in this area. He said he is so far behind, he can't believe it. Students from other states and even other countries are so much more advanced in their math he feels almost behind the 8 ball. I attributed his success in high school to good teachers, now I realize how wrong I was. The teachers in this area should realize how far behind they are in math and physics and catch up. Now my straight A student has to play catch up in college because he is so far behind. What an abomination.. Wake up Butler!
