I agree with you completely about Armstrong, including the HD service. They are by far, the worst cable company I have ever encountered. I have lived in other states, where I had Time Warner and Comcast. I'm not saying that any cable company is worth the money we pay. I also understand it is my option to discontinue service if I am not satisfied. However, I do feel that for the price we pay, the service, programming and PPV options should be on pace with 2007 technology. If only the service and options would keep pace with the rate increases.
