Teacher charged for alleged shaking
SWISSVALE — A Pittsburgh-area teacher has been cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly shaking a 10-year-old student.
Swissvale police Chief Greg Geppert says police cited 54-year-old Debra Abati after investigating the boy's allegations at Dickson Intermediate School. That's in the Woodland Hills School District, just east of Pittsburgh.
