PENN HILLS — Police near Pittsburgh said a 5-year-old girl and her mother returned from a Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World only to find their home and vehicle had been burglarized.

Penn Hills police said Moneera Ogbomon reported the break-in after returning home Sunday with her daughter, Mena Small. Small has skin cancer and is being treated at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Police said the burglars took televisions and other home electronics and also pulled wires from a van that Ogbomon uses to take her daughter to medical appointments.

PITTSBURGH — A woman newly arrived to the United States from Hungary was found dead under a bridge in Pittsburgh.Police said Ancsa Konya, 57, arrived in the U.S. on Saturday and was staying with relatives in Pittsburgh. Her relatives reported her missing, saying she spoke no English and suffered from depression. A person who delivers food to the homeless found the body Sunday under the Birmingham Bridge and contacted police.
