I agree with James Matson's letter to the editor arguing against the absurdity of the federal government's ban on medical marijuana. I find it odd that given all the potentially dangerous substances physicians are able to prescribe, the relatively innocuous marijuana is illegal to prescribe. Physicians and their patients should be the final arbiter when it comes to medical marijuana, government should have no role.
