I didn't read the letter in the paper about the buses, but I kinda got the hint on these lasts two posts. I just wanted to put my two cents in, and tell everyone that I am very happy with Campbell bus service, and the drivers that they hired. My three children attend Dassa McKinney, and I feel VERY safe letting them get on the bus when the roads are kinda icky. If the bus has to pull over for ten minutes, and sit then fine by me. The drivers are looking out for the safety of our children, and they know what is best. I am fortunate enough to have a bus driver that cares about the students on her bus, and she makes sure that they are safe even after being dropped off. For example our driver called my home one day before she left my kids off the bus to make sure I was home. I ended up dosing off, and wasn't at the bus stop like I normally am. She waited a few minutes, and then called my house to make sure I was here. She could have just let them off, and not gave another thought about it. How many people can say that about their bus drivers? I give Campbell's bus company a lot of credit. They are a good team, and hopefully they keep up with the great drivers they have!
