All I'm saying is, I'm totally sick of teachers whining about not making enough money, and going on strike to make more. They "say" they care about the kids. If they did, they wouldn't ignore their needs and walk away from their jobs in order to make more money. Again, it's a part time job and they know the salary before going in. If they don't like it, choose a different major.

Last winter, teachers were calling in to the tv stations whining because school wasn't cancelled. Children WALKED to an empty school and had to WALK back home because these people didn't want to drive. Meanwhile, every other profession is expected to go to work. Why are teachers so special? The snow came too late to cancel classes, which endangered the CHILDREN's lives, not theirs.. They seem to forget the reason school get's cancelled because of bad weather - it's not so THEY don't have to drive, it's so the CHILDREN are safe.
