You don't exactly see the McCains donating any part of their vast wealth to Alcoholics Anonymous, do you?

Don't believe a thing that comes from John McCain's mouth. We are the "little people" in his highly stylized view of the world. People as depraved as he is have no problem whatsoever looking you right in the eye and lying. In fact, they're quite practiced and very good at it. They even enjoy it.

Maverick? Outsider? HA!! McCain marches in lock-step with "Dubya", who has presided over the hands down worst, most destructive failure of an administration in our country's history. McCain is totally beholden to the corporatocracy that has ruined our values and our middle class, to say the least. It's preposterous he ever got this far in the election. Almost as pathetic but laughable as Rudy Giuliani being taken seriously as a candidate for as long as he was. But then again, we have a country where less than half the population votes, and even fewer know how to analyze and understand politics. And there are still enough rednecks here who would vote this pariah into office just to slur a candidate of color, even if the latter is the better man. Sad.
