I actually know quite a few people with collage degrees who have jobs as a cashier and waitress. Why???? Because they can not find work in their field and they have to make ends meet like the rest of us as far as teachers having to deal with children that are tyrants from lack of parenting I totally agree, but teachers are not the only ones that deal with this problem. The next time you go into a resteraunt or anywhere for that matter look around and you will find disruptive rude brats. I've seen kids standing on top of tables throwing food. I even had the lovely experience of having an unkown 8 year old come over and steal my fries. So yes it's a hard job but we all have to deal with someones UNPARENTING in someway. Exspecially anyone in the service industry. God forbid if you say anything to the parents because then your just some S.O.B. I'm not saying my children are perfect but I have taught them manners. But I am ranting, I'm just saying our teachers need to relize that we as citizens do not have the money to up their very well payed saleries. We need to work together and solve this without holding our childrens education hostage. By the way my children do not go to soutH butler they go to freeport, but I am now taking care of my wonderfully well behaved niece who does!
