RIDE ON!!!!!!! You nailed it. I would only like to add one comment; School Administration is largely responsible for poor judgement in governing the education staff. If it costs money, to heck with the students and then they fight with parents. There is alot to be said about education and the school system as we know it today. I think replacing School Administration would be a good place to start. Also John, I loved the comments on the burning house theory.
