That's the last time I beat my head against this stupid wall.

I give up. The uninformed will ultimately rule the world. Maybe that's why the good Doctor quit posting. What's the point?

Tell you what. You have at it with all your ideas about who and what a teacher should be. None of you complainers are teachers, nor did you have the desire to be one. Walk a mile in their shoes and then see how narrow and sad your views are.

How about coming up with some new arguments? We've heard the part-time argument for so many years now. Give it up. You want them to work full time, yet you don't want your kids in school for the summer. You can't have it both ways. You can't pay them part time wages and expect any quality people to want to do it. It's a silly argument to make. The school schedule is what it is. Deal with it.
