If so , I rest my case.Oh and would you please tell everyone again your reasoning behind that if it is you? Things being what they are today I am sure we could all use another good laugh! And you were the experienced truck driver too right? Who should be more aware of the laws than you? You did it for a living, right? Maybe like the right of way issue, you just thought you knew what the laws really were and are bitter now because you found out that you weren't quite as clever as you first thought. Bottom line folks, if your going to drink and then drive know what the laws are before you do so. That is your duty as a citizen. No one makes your decisions for you except you.If you think the laws are wrong, stop whining and elect people who will change them for you. Until then they are the same for all of us. It is true , you can be arrested for DUI if you are sitting in a vehicle drunk with the keys in the vehicle, so if your designated driver is stopping off to pick something up at the store while driving you home wasted make sure they take the keys with them! As far as the guns marrid to the DUI issue, well it is there too.The reasoning is that you have just exhibited irresponsible behavior. Drivng Drunk is irresponsible.Period.
