HARRISBURG — Gov. Tom Corbett's campaign committees ended 2010 with more than $620,000 in the bank, while Democratic nominee Dan Onorato's campaign has debts.

Reports filed this week in the state Elections Bureau showed Corbett's two campaign committees received more than $380,000 in postelection contributions during the last five-and-a-half weeks of the year. As of Dec. 31, his balance totaled $620,543.

Onorato, Allegheny County's elected chief executive, reports a balance of nearly $38,000 between his two campaign committee. However, his reports list a $250,000 debt for a loan from then-Gov. Ed Rendell's political committee late in the campaign.

UPPER DARBY — Police in suburban Philadelphia say they've arrested the seventh teen connected to a bullying incident in which a 13-year-old student was hung from a fence post by his jacket while one attacker recorded the encounter.Upper Darby police say the final suspect was arrested Tuesday after he arrived at school.Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says the 14-year-old was sent to the Delaware County juvenile facility to join the other attackers.Chitwood says the suspects, ages 13 to 17, kidnapped the victim on his way home from school on Jan. 11, dragged him through the snow, stuffed him in a tree and hung him by his jacket from a 7-foot-high fence post. The victim wasn't seriously hurt.

LEBANON — A sous chef at the Pennsylvania governor’s residence is facing nine counts of receiving stolen property after allegedly pawning flatware and other silver items from his workplace.State police on Tuesday said Michael David Yancey of Lebanon sold thousands of dollars’ worth of items from the Harrisburg residence over the past three months.Yancey’s been suspended from his job without pay.Investigators say other items recovered in a search of Yancey’s home Monday included six framed photos and a football signed by former NFL quarterback Jim Kelly for former Gov. Ed Rendell, who left office two weeks ago.
