GREENSBURG, — Police say a man ran over a woman twice in a dispute over parking.

Fifty-two-year-old Terrence Stubbs is facing aggravated assault and related charges for allegedly running over 40-year-old Kimberly Fetter on Tuesday.

Investigators say Fetter and Stubbs were arguing over the narrow space between their vehicles when Stubbs put his van in reverse and backed into Fetter, knocking her to the ground and running over her leg.

Police say Stubbs then pulled forward, driving over Fetter’s leg again, and fled.
