PITTSBURGH — A man jailed on federal charges that he threatened a police chief on Craigslist wants the indictment dismissed, claiming the insulting message was an exaggerated complaint and, therefore, free speech.

The federal grand jury indictment charging 30-year-old Adrian Stock, of Jeannette, was unsealed in August.

Authorities say Stock posted the message Feb. 9 after Irwin police Chief Joseph Pocsatko gave him a $110 ticket for driving while his vehicle's windows weren't clear of ice and snow.

Lawrence Convention Center downtown.The group’s spokesman says coins and bills ranging from half-cent denominations to $1000 will be on display — including a 1913 Liberty Head nickel worth more than $4 million.
