CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Despite three home runs by the Slippery Rock Sliders, the Chillicothe Paints used a five-run fourth inning to post a 9-5 victory Tuesday.

All nine hitters in the Paints lineup recorded a hit, with Gavin Ng and Adrian Cantu netting two hits each and Cantu and Travis Storrer recording two RBI apiece.

Casey Bowling, Phil Butch and Anthony Albano all went deep for the Sliders (18-52), who jumped out to a 3-0 lead. Albano added two doubles and Butch one double.

The trio, who represented the top three in the order, went a combined 6-for-12 with five runs scored and four RBI.

Dan Schwartz (1-3) was tagged with the loss, allowing eight runs and 10 hits in seven innings. Perry Cunningham earned the win for the Paints (35-36) to improve to 7-4.
