Rivers

Jeffrey J. Rivers, 46, of Butler died at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday at his home.

He was born Dec. 6, 1960, in Butler, the son of John Jerome and Peggy E. Stevick Rivers.

Mr. Rivers was a member of the Associated Artists of Butler County. He made wire sculptures and model cars. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved anything to do with nature and wildlife.

He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Rivers of Butler, and a second daughter; two sons, Jeffrey Rivers and Jacob Rivers, both of Butler; a granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Philip (Sherry) Geibel and Mrs. Jeffrey (Jerri) Reges, both of Cabot; a brother, John Rivers of Butler, and a number of nieces and nephews.
