Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on April 18:
Amy Lynn Benfer, 29, of Butler was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment, 60 hours of community service, and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence. Benfer was charged Dec. 12, 2018, and pleaded guilty on March 25.
Michael Bernard Merritt, 27, of Butler was sentenced to 15 to 48 months of incarceration for manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. Merritt was charged Nov. 15, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 11.
William John Haramic, 26, of Butler was sentenced to 18 months to four years for robbery. Haramic was charged Oct. 7, 2018, and pleaded guilty on April 2.
Cody Lee Lewis Holland, 25, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, 25 hours of community service and a $100 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. Holland was charged June 2, 2017, and pleaded guilty on April 10.
Teri Lynn Mulneix, 39, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and a $100 fine for possession of a controlled substance. Mulneix was charged Aug. 28, 2018.
James Wendell Noblit, 34, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with six months plus 90 days in confinement for driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .02 or greater with a suspended license. Noblit must also pay a $2,500 fine and serve 100 hours of community service. He was charged Oct. 17 and pleaded guilty on April 10.
Eric J. Fleske, 26, of Butler was sentenced to one year of probation for theft and criminal conspiracy theft. Fleske was also sentenced to 75 hours of community service.
Robert J. Karenbauer, 56, of Butler was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment plus 90 days of confinement for driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .02 or greater with a suspended license. Karenbauer must also serve 100 hours of community service and pay $3,500 in fines. He was charged Feb. 27, 2017, and pleaded guilty on April 2.
Michael J. Kuczynski, 28, of Saxonburg was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment, a $2,500 fine and 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Kuczynski was charged June 25, 2018, and pleaded guilty on March 6.
Nicholas J. Lucia, 25, of Conway, S.C., was sentenced to two years of probation and $300 in fines. He was charged July 17, 2017, and pleaded guilty on March 5.
Aaron Troy Moyers, 41, of Mars was sentenced to 30 days to one year in jail and $200 in fines for defiant trespass and public drunkenness. Moyers was charged May 7, 2018, and was found guilty during a criminal trial on March 19.
Dale Arnold Newton, 33, of Clairton was sentenced to three to 23 months in jail, with immediate parole, for receiving advancement payment for services and failing to perform. He must also serve 50 hours of community service. He was charged April 12, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Feb. 6, 2019.
Kayla Marie Wade, 26, of Sarver was sentenced to six months of probation and 50 hours of community service for retail theft. Wade was charged Feb. 8, 2018, and pleaded guilty on Oct. 30.
Danielle Lynn Winkle, 28, of Mars was sentenced to six months in jail for possession of a controlled substance. Winkle received credit for time he had already served and must also perform 50 hours of community service. Winkle was charged June 20 and pleaded guilty on Oct. 2.
