IMPERIAL — A New York City investment firm has bought the company that runs the Airmall at Pittsburgh International Airport, and airmalls at Boston Logan, Baltimore/Washington International and Cleveland Hopkins International airports.

Prospect Capital Corp. invested $52.4 million in debt and equity to purchase BAA USA last week. The company will be renamed Airmall USA and continue to be headquartered at Pittsburgh International Airport.
