Gary Lee Oakman Sr.
Gary Lee Oakman Sr., 62, of Niles, Ohio, died Tuesday afternoon at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Ohio after an illness.
Born Jan. 14, 1945, in Somerset, he was the son of the late Earl and Ada Oakman.
He was an Army veteran and was self-employed at his autobody shop in Ohio for years.
Mr. Oakman enjoyed playing cards, his grandchildren and NASCAR racing.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Annett) Koch of Prospect; a son, Gary Lee Oakman Jr., with whom he made his home in Niles; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Earl "Jay" Oakman of Warren, Ohio, and Ronald Oakman of Mineral Ridge, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by two sisters.

Park Ave., Niles, Ohio. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect, with the Rev.
