Paula M. Wimer D'Antoni Lynn, 64, of Grove City died at 10:35 p.m. Sunday at her home after a long illness

Born in Grove City, April 19, 1943, she was the daughter of Monna (Wimer) Wimer Stewart and the late Russell Paul Wimer, who was killed in World War II.

She was a 1961 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 1965 alumna of Madison College in Harrisonburg, Va., where she majored in history. She completed her elementary education degree at Slippery Rock University and was a substitute teacher for the Grove City School District. She also worked at Crabtree and Evelyn at the Prime Outlets, tutored many homebound students in the Grove City area and worked at the VFW Post 519 of Grove City.

Mrs. Lynn was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City, where she taught Sunday school and the Disciple classes. She also was a member of the Women of the Moose of Franklin and the American War Orphans Network.

Surviving are two sons, Vince D'Antoni of Butler and Russ D'Antoni of Grove City; three grandchildren; two stepsons, Dave F. and Daniel F. Lynn, both of Grove City; a stepdaughter-in-law, Leesa Lynn of Grove City; and six step-grandchildren. She also is survived by her mother of Slippery Rock; a sister, Wanda Faith of Harrisville; a half sister, Rejeanna Van Hoyle of North Carolina; and a half brother, Dwight Dillaman of Texas.

Her husband, Frederick H. Lynn, whom she married Aug. 16, 1990, died the same day. She also was preceded in death by a stepson.

<B>LYNN</B> — Friend of Paula M. Wimer D'Antoni Lynn, who died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Jamison Funeral Home</B>, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Nelson, her church pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Cemetery,Harrisville.Donations may be made to the Family Hospice and Palliative Care, Hermitage.
