We’re entering the start of region and section play for some Butler County football teams.

Karns City visits Punxsutawney in the first of those clashes in Week 3 of the PIAA football season Friday night.

Eagle reporters will be at four games tonight — Butler at Meadville (Derek Pyda), Apollo-Ridge at Freeport (William Pitts), Titusville at Slippery Rock (Aidan Treu) and Chartiers Valley at Mars (John Enrietto).
