Karen M. (Rodgers) Caron, 61, of Greenville, Pa., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026.

She was born in Butler on Aug. 24, 1965, daughter of the late Regis and Margaret Rodgers. Karen graduated from Butler High School in 1983, and furthered her education at Kennebec Valley Community College, where she received her associate degree in liberal arts.

Karen was employed at Sears in Butler from 1991 to 2000. She enjoyed crocheting, making jewelry, singing and playing DND with her sons. Karen was known for being a loving mother and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was the mother of Jennifer (Brian) Fend, Jeremiah Caron, Elijah Caron and Marcel Caron II; sister of Regis (Barbara) and William (Julie) Rodgers, Brenda (Elliott) Whalen and Susan (Thomas) Pringle; and grandmother of Abigail, Kyle, Zackary and Levi Fend. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

CARON — All services for Karen M. (Rodgers) Caron, who died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
