10:39 p.m. Monday — Ted E. Divers, 35, of Oakland Township was arrested for alleged drugged driving on Lincoln Avenue. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for a blood test, which showed he had “several narcotics” in his system, according to court documents.Divers is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

12:46 p.m. Tuesday — No one was injured when cars driven by Joseph Blair, 49, of Grove City and Janet Twigg, 76, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, collided on Hospital Way at Butler Memorial Hospital. Blair's car had to be towed.6:05 p.m. Tuesday — John Gilliland, 22, of Butler was pushing his car off the road on the 100 block of Seneca Drive when it rolled down a hill and struck a ditch. The car sustained minor damage.11:09 p.m. Aug. 11 — Three teenagers were allegedly caught with marijuana and other contraband after police responded to a suspicious persons call on Meridian Road near Heather Drive.Police said they found Bradley J. Bender, 19, and Ian D. Goodman, 18, both of Butler and two 15-year-old Butler girls. Bender, Goodman and one of the girls, whose name was not released, were subsequently charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia,

Monday — Police charged Cameron Cain, 25, of Pittsburgh with having marijuana and other contraband stemming from a traffic stop around 8:25 p.m. Aug. 12 at J.D. Lane and East Portersville Road in Muddy Creek Township.Cain is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without headlights.6:07 p.m. Saturday — Robert S. Jamison, 64, of Karns City was badly injured when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a concrete block wall on Route 268 just east of Annisville Road in Parker Township.Jamison was not wearing a helmet and suffered apparent serious injuries. He was taken by ambulance to an unspecified hospital. Police said he was cited for driving too fast for conditions, disregarding traffic lanes and driving a vehicle without insurance.10:14 p.m. Friday — An unknown driver in a pickup truck forced a 19-year-old Slippery Rock woman off the road in a hit-and-run crash on Harmony Road just south of West Mercer Street in Mercer Township. The woman was not injured.Police said the woman was traveling west on Route 58 when an unidentified pickup started to follow her while using his high beams and driving erratically. When the woman attempted to turn left onto Harmony Road, the other driver forced her to run off the right side of the road. The pickup fled.The woman's car, according to a police report, sustained damage including a flat passenger side front tire and a ripped off bumper. The car had to be towed.

7:59 a.m. Thursday — One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County. The wreck occurred when a sport utility driven by Norma I. Donofrio, 59, of New Castle struck the back of a pickup truck on Route 422 just east of Old State Road.Donofrio suffered pain in his neck and back, but he refused medical treatment. The other driver, Anthony C. Woods, 41, of Tallmadge, Ohio, was not injured.

11:17 p.m. Friday — Evan H. Macri, 20, of Ellwood City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed his car into a tree along Copper Road just north of Green Acres Lane in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County.Police said Macri, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered serious injuries. He was taken to UPMC Jameson hospital in New Castle.
