Police reports as of Sept. 3
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 18 — Brian Richard Martha, 24, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor theft following an Aug. 1 incident. Police said Martha was putting garbage in someone else’s dumpster.
Aug. 21 — Charles Joseph Calderone, 40, of Adams Township, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a May 25 traffic stop. Police said Calderone had a silicone smoking device.
Aug. 21 — Zachary Joseph Smith, 26, of Adams Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 25 traffic stop. Police said Smith had a silicone container with a powdery substance and related paraphernalia.
Aug. 21 — E’Marion Michael Bebbs, 22, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, evading arrest and resisting arrest following an Aug. 21 incident. Police said Bebbs refused commands from police, ran from police and had suspected crack cocaine.
Aug. 21 — Tasha Nicole Saeler, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor diversion of services following an Aug. 16 incident. Police said Saeler placed garbage in someone else’s dumpster.
Aug. 21 — Mannon Lee Rose, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor diversion of services following an Aug. 16 incident. Police said Rose placed garbage in someone else’s dumpster.
Aug. 21 — Mackenzie Kristen Scott, 26, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 21 incident. Police said Scott had suspected methamphetamine, a glass smoking device and a hypodermic needle.
Aug. 7 — Zaire Shihi Agrate, 24, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 5 incident. Police said Agrate had a glass smoking device and metal grinder.
Aug. 5 — A Ford pickup operated by Richard Smith, 69, of New Castle, struck the elbow of Ronald Cronauer, 61, of Kittanning, as he was flagging for a construction company at the intersection of South Center Street and College Avenue.
Aug. 18 — William R. Yakin, 69, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing following an Aug. 6 incident. Police said Yakin was on a property where he was not permitted.
Aug. 9 — Lucas Lorenzo Martsolf, 44, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 9 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Martsolf had a blood alcohol content of 0.266%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 17 — David Frederick Holzer, 31, of Cherry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 4 traffic stop in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Holzer had a blood alcohol content of 0.163%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 17 — Stacy Lynn Czzowitz, 38, of Kittanning, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 12 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Czzowitz tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.12%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Aug. 17 — Evonna Sayvon Hawkins, 24, of New Castle, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 25 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Hawkins tested positive for THC.
Aug. 20 — Daniel Kolb, 30, of Crafton, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Aug. 20 incident in Brady Township. Police said Kolb punched a woman in the head about five times.
Aug. 19 — Kenyetta Rayvonne Jones, 30, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and marijuana possession following a June 15 incident in Butler. Police said Jones had marijuana, a crack pipe and suspected crack cocaine.
Aug. 19 — Michael Kevin Kelly, 62, of Clay Township, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and driving with a suspended license following a June 15 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Kelly showed signs of impairment and was driving with a suspended license.
Aug. 19 — Megan M. McMillen, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a June 15 traffic stop in Butler. Police said McMillen had marijuana.
