The Rev. Hubert G. Bunney, 74, of Honea Path, S.C., went home to be with the Lord Sunday. He was born Feb. 2, 1934.

He was a minister with the Assemblies of God for 30 years and an evangelist for the past 20 years. His home base was in Honea Path.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Harriett Caldwell Bunney; four children, Mark Bunney of Anderson, S.C., Timothy Bunney of Melcroft, Pa., Daniel Bunney of Renfrew and Bonnie Bidwell of Honea Path; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

<B>BUNNEY </B>— Friends of the Rev. Hubert G. Bunney, who died Sunday, March 9, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>R. Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, New Castle. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Assembly of God in New Castle.
