Reading the Eagle as I usually do, I noticed the story of a man who recently withdrew his "guilty" plea of THREE FELONIES OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT for discharging his rifle into a dirt hill to scare off trespassers. As I've stated many times before, our federal and local Gov't.'s are run by mental cases whose sole purpose is to destroy the Constitution, our Christian heritage, and the lives of as many men and women as possible before their final death and descent into Hell.

Are they attempting to tell us through this prosecuton the We the People no longer have a Right to Keep and Bear Arms in defence of person and property? Police get away with shooting 12 year olds in the back as they run away, and sadistically taser people consecutively until they effectually electrocute them to death; but a farmer is not allowed to discharge his gun into the ground to scare off some crackheads plotting who knows what on his property.

To that man who has the courage to stand up against these blackmailing mental case despots, I say, God Bless You!
