PRESCHOOL SCREENING

From left, Mrs. Jerry Johnston, caseworker for the Easter Seal Society; Mrs. Robert Kroner, coordinator of the preschool program of the Butler County Association for Children with Learning Disabilities; and Mrs. Wayne Walliser, representing the Butler County branch of the Pennsylvania Association for the Blind, prepare for the September Sight Saving Month project on Sept. 9, 1975. Additional agencies joined the Blind Association to conduct the program and screen children of preschool age across the county for sight, hearing, speech and language ability, and learning potential. Also, white barrels were placed at locations throughout the county for donations of old eyeglasses and silver and gold jewelry to aid the needy.
