“Let's Serve Cheese” was the title of the first-place demonstration by Knoch High School's team of Future Homemakers at an all-day contest on Dec. 2, 1970, at Slippery Rock Area High School. They earned a cash award of $50. The top prize was provided by two cooperating utility companies, West Penn Power Company and Pennsylvania Power Company.
