Chilly Easter Morning

Worshippers leaving 11 a.m. mass on Easter Day, 1965, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church found the breezes a little chilly and the sun behind the clouds. The unseasonably cold mid-April weather discouraged the traditional Easter Parade. Thousands of Christians throughout Butler County, however, followed the time-honored ritual of greeting the dawn with Easter services.
