Guerriero

Joseph "Bandana Joe" Guerriero, 69, of New Castle Street died Friday afternoon in his home.

Born Jan. 22, 1939, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Giuseppe Guerriero and the late Mary Kraus.

Mr. Guerriero was a painter for All-American Painting Pittsburgh. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Guerriero was married to Catherine Jean Guerriero, who preceded him in death Aug. 27, 2006.

Mr. Guerriero is survived by five sons, Antonio Guerriero, Joseph Guerriero, Albert Zoller, James Zoller, Donald Zoller; and seven daughters, Arlene John, Charlotte Peffer, Marie Guerriero, Cynthia Guerriero Carey, Catherine Guerriero Dowdy, Christine Tuite, and Donna Zoller; a sister, Marge Brown; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Guerriero was preceded in death by a son, Paul Guerriero.
