Shirley Adamosky of Slippery Rock College, left, was voted Miss Torch in October 1973 for the 1974 Butler County United Fund campaign. Her court, made up of semifinalists, included, from her left, Lucy Ann Landland of Penreco, Linda Smith of United Telephone, Rosalie Jackson of Armco and Linda Cypher of Pullman Standard. Miss Torch reigned during the campaign to raise $553,000 for 19 agencies serving the Butler County area.
